- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, optional Swerve sugar substitute, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, xanthan gum, and soy sauce. Mix with melted cheese until a cohesive dough forms. Knead gently.
- Divide the dough into eight pieces, rolling each into a ball and then flattening into a disk about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Spoon filling into the center of each dough disk, fold the dough around the filling, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
