Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a pot, bring warm broth to a simmer, then add orzo and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain excess liquid.
  5. Stir in fresh spinach and cream into the cooked orzo. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let baked meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the creamy spinach orzo on plates with the baked meatballs on top.
