  • 1 medium avocado ripe for creaminess
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and diced for controlled heat
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, adjust based on taste preference
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

  • 1 bag multigrain pita chips for dipping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse and dice the strawberries, peel and cube the mango, and scoop the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the jalapeño (remove seeds for milder flavor) and mince the red onion and cilantro.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, mango, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  4. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl, removing any seeds, and sprinkle in salt to taste.
  5. Gently mix all ingredients until well combined, taking care not to overmix.
  6. Garnish with extra cilantro and serve immediately with multigrain pita chips.
