Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the large pickles into even chips, pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Crush the Hot Cheetos in a food processor until fine.
  3. Prepare three bowls: flour with spicy seasoning, beaten eggs, and panko with crushed Hot Cheetos.
  4. Coat each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then eggs, and finally in the panko-Hot Cheetos mix.
  5. Lightly spray both sides of coated chips with cooking spray and arrange in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
